Yesterday, we wrote a blog post sharing our Spotify happy songs playlist for Blue Monday.

However, It’s important to remember that Blue Monday isn’t the only day when people will be feeling blue.

When we put the call out to Welsh bloggers asking for their tips and advice on coping with the blues, we were overwhelmed with the response and support.
